chest and bi's today
I did flyes first to Pre-fatigue the pecs to get a different feel on my presses. I knew I would have to go a little lighter but I just wanted to do something diff and shock the muscles.
machine flys: 120x12, 120x10, 150x10, 180x10
flat Barbell bench press: 135x12, 135x10, 185x10, 205x10, 225x10, 245x7+1 forced rep
incline d-bell press: 65x10, 75x10, 85x10 shoulder hurts on these I may have to try barbell but I think they might be worse
decline barbell press: 135x12, 185x10, 235x10, 235x9+2 forced reps
machine flys:120x10, 150x10, 150x10, 150x10 drop 120x10 drop 80x10
Bi's
barbell curls: 50x12, 60x10, 80x10, 80x12 last four I had to cheat a little bit though
seated alt d-bell curls: 25x10, 30x10, 30x10, 35x7
machine preacher curls: 50x10, 50x10, 35x12, 35x10, 25x12, 25x10 these were done basically 7 style, going for the maximum pump with about 20 sec rest between sets
