slight incline d-bell press: 50x15, 70x15, 70x10, 90x10, 110x10, 130x4 drop 60x18
incline barbell press: 95x15, 145x12, 145x10, 165x7 drop 145x6 drop 115x10
slight incline d-bell flys: 35x15, 35x12, 40x10, 40x10
cable flys: 55x15, 65x12, 65x10 change to horizontal torsoX8 change to upright torso for pressX10 I did this triple set 3 times

bi's
barbell press: 50x12, 60x10, 70x10, 80x12, 80x10
single arm d-bell preacher curl: 22.5x15, 25x12, 25x12, 25x10+2 forced reps
standing alternating d-bell curls: 27.5x12, 30x10, 30x7
d-bell hammer curls: 30x15, 30x10

Did about 10 min of cardio after weights on the STEPMILL. never used it before, that S*** is TOUGH!!!!! im really starting to feel the effects of lower carbs and calories. lookin kinda flat again until i get a pump, but still not as full as usual. Gonna have a cheat meal tonight or tomorrow. Will be tasty, probably burger and fries. lol I think im gonna start carb cycling instead of just cruising on lower carbs.

feeling tired from the lower carbs. pump is not as big as usual. not really losing any strength, if anything I think I may be getting stronger. Shoulders started hurting today, I blame it on the lower cals. sucks
