ok so got a couple good things to post. Ive been eating 200 grams of carbs for the first week of my diet, started feeling tired and flat so did two days off 300, feel alot better now so gonna drop to 150 till i feel like s*** again than do two days of 250 than follow the diet like that, dropping 50 every week and doing two days of reload. Still lost some fat on those two days of 300, kept fat real low. Already lookin pretty cut. Next pics will be awesome.

did BACK and CHEST yesterday, havent done it for a while, I just love having my whole upper body pumped
I did one exercise of chest than one exercise of back, did the whole workout like this
Barbell Bench Press: 135x20, 180x10, 205x8, 225x10, (((((315x1))))) NEW PR!!! I was so F-in Happy, I actually got it pretty easy, I probably could of got it twice but didnt want to cuz of the shoulder
Lat Pulldowns: 135x10, 165x10, 199x10, 199x8
Incline Barbell Bench Press: 95x10, 135x10, 185x10, 185x7, 185x7
Hammer strength unilateral machine ISO-Rows: 45x10, 80x10, 105x12, 105x10
Hammer Strength wide-grip press: 90x12, 140x10, 190x10, 210x8 These are kinda weird, there wide-grip but bring the grips close together, they feel almost like a fly, like a fly-press I guess. lol
Straight Bar wide-grip low pulley cable rows: 120x10, 160x12, 160x10, 160x8 drop 120x10
Leaning unilateral D-bell incline fly: 15x10, 17.5x10, 20x10, 22.5x12 I use to do these, you grab a rail or something and lean to one side and hang the d-bell than squeeze the pecs like a low-pulley crossover
High pulley rope arms straight lat pulldowns: 65x10, 80x10, 95x10, 95x10, 110x6 drop 80x10
so that was it, It was just one of those days where I felt like a monster. I was so pumped I felt huge. For flat bench after my warm up/first working set with 225 i put on 275 as usual. Than looked at it like "F it" and slapped on another plate instead of the 25's for 315. Its been a goal of mine since I started lifting, so I was kinda anxious but I was feeling great. The guy that spotted me didnt even touch the bar at all which made me happy, He did a good spot. After I got it up I racked it and he said it looked easy I should of done another one. It felt pretty heavy but the bar didnt slow down much. I felt on top of the world. I know 315 isnt too impressive as there are ALOT of guys that can rep that out, but like i said its been a goal for a long time. Just having 3 plates on each side and getting that up was an amazing feeling. Now MY NEXT GOAL IS 405!!!! lol
