Low carbs been killing me but I'm going to try out that nutty breakfast bars...Should help out.


you guys talkin like clif bars? cuz i think those are loaded with sugar??

im tryin gto stay away from ANY sugar, i just beleive it spikes insulin and halts fat burning, a little pwo is probably ok , but im trying to stay away from sugar pwo too, unless its a banana but not too sure if that counts as sugar. pwo its probably aklright
 
I think a banana is good, the sugar in that is all natural, IMO. I'm also staying away from sugars too, only PWO shake I am taking is BigBlast. I'm using whey isolate protein throughout the day as the norm when I get the chance to. I had not tried the bars yet...
 
my comp is being weird right now. everything is tiny in the gallery so i cant find the upload button. but here is a few of my pics from today along with my first most muscular and todays mm. will try and get the rest up tomorrow or in a few days
 
did shoulders yesterday

d-bell shoulder press: 50x12, 50x10, 65x10, 75x10, 90x10, 100x10 CHECK OUT THE VIDEO IN MY PREVIOUS POST, 75x18
machine shoulder presses, neutral grip: 65x20, 85x12, 120x10, 160x8+2 reps
front raises to side laterals: 25x10 25x10, 25x12 25x12, 25x12 25x12
reverse pec dek flys: 90x15, 120x10, 140x12, 140x10

will try and get all the other pics up in the gallery soon
 
did chest today

flat d-bell bench press: 65x12, 75x12, 80x10, 90x10, 120x7?, 100x13 drop 65x7? I have videos of these I will try and upload soon
incline barbell press: 135x15, 155x12, 185x10, 205x7 drop 135x7
hi-pully cable crossovers: 50x12, 60x12, 70x12, 80x15, 90x12
machine flys: 70x15, 90x12, 110x12, 130x12 drop 70x10
flat bench for burnout: 135x20, 135x13 both sets to failure


I have a few videos I will try and get up soon. still having problems with the comp so will try and get em up here soon though. I think some of em might be in my member gallery but i need to upload them to the contest gallery. will do it soon.
 
started a new job today. it whooped my A** today. the lowerd carbs probably dont help either. but the constant moving and heavy lifting will help burn up some cals, so bf should continue to drop as long as i dont go overboard on the cals. might have to eat a few more carbs here and there, but not worried about fat gain.

gonna go do some back work now. will post up later
