ok sorry its been a while since ive posted. Ive been SUPER busy lookin for a job. Ive been on unemployment for the past 4 1/2 months and i dont have much left in it. Ive applied EVERYWHERE, man its touch out there right now. Got some good leads today though.
also, ive started my MINI CUT, and due to lower carbs ive been feeling slightly flat and already have less energy after only about 5 days of dieting. So today and tomorrow im bumpin up the carbs to reload my glycogen. Doin morning cardio about twice a week, maybe three times. Im leaning out pretty quick already so I dont think the cardio needs to be too high for me yet. I might bump it up to every other day here in about two weeks.
