lol thanks man, but I stopped the DV1 probably a month ago. lol just started proviron yesterday though. so hopefully that will kick in soon

ok sorry its been a while since ive posted. Ive been SUPER busy lookin for a job. Ive been on unemployment for the past 4 1/2 months and i dont have much left in it. Ive applied EVERYWHERE, man its touch out there right now. Got some good leads today though.

also, ive started my MINI CUT, and due to lower carbs ive been feeling slightly flat and already have less energy after only about 5 days of dieting. So today and tomorrow im bumpin up the carbs to reload my glycogen. Doin morning cardio about twice a week, maybe three times. Im leaning out pretty quick already so I dont think the cardio needs to be too high for me yet. I might bump it up to every other day here in about two weeks.

anyway......did shoulders and bi's today

seated barbell military press: 95x15, 115x12, 145x10, 165x10
seated d-bell military press: 90x10, 100x6+3 forced reps
behind the neck hammer strength machine press: 70x12, 120x10, 150x10, 150x8
tri-set, Front Raises to Side Laterals to Bent over Laterals:
20x10 20x10 20x10
20x10 20x8 15x10
22.5x10 15x10 15x10
reverse pec deck flyes: 50x15, 70x12, 70x10, 70x10

Bi's
barbell curls: 50x10, 70x10, 90x8+3 forced
single overhead preacher curl manchine: 70x10, 90x10, 120x8+3 forced reps
d-bell hammer curls: 30x10, 40x10, 40x10, 50x10

what kinda work are you looking for?

honestly dude......anything at this point. I have applied in alot of different fields except fast food. not ready to go there yet. I got laid off from the forest service makin pretty good money, so I really dont want to settle for a minimum wage job. I may have to though. :( Im really trying to get into some kind of warehouse position with the Oregon Liquor Control Commission. Ive been buggin Home Depot alot lately. Also applied with a sanitation company and some retail shops. CNC jobs for Benchmade and Gerber, havent heard back. I really want to work at like a GNC or a gym. Besides the most likely min wage pay, the benefits would be nice. lol I dont know man Im f-in startin to stress about it a little bit. Its like the world is boycotting me, weird since I have a pretty good work history. I dont get it :confused:
