strong points

what is your strong point on your body?

For me, id say my back/traps/rear delts... that stands out the most. everything else is pretty well built. my weak point is my calves, ill work them for a month then stop for 3 months :( i need to get my act together.

strenght wise, id say my chest is a strong point, even though my legs SHOULD be:)

what about you guys?

I'm one of those sickeningly geneticly gifted types so most things are good, apart from chest which is so shit, I have to grind for every inch on the pecs. Best parts are upper back, traps, calves, hams and forearms. Traps especially, even when I was 13/14 I had 2 slabs of meat up there, a lot of people used to say; "What the fuck is wrong with your shoulders?!" lol Oh yea my face and weiner are particularly good as well, hehe.

My pecs are pretty good and my abs are kicking right now. Heh my father once asked me if i had been bitten by some kind of poisonous insect becasue my triceps looked so swollen :) I was like "uhhh its a muscle dad"

For me. . .

back, chest, delts, and upper legs

Arms and calves can be stubborn, but they grow.

I am like Mike Katz

Heh. The Katz of old, of course. These days, God bless him, he looks like a ghost.

You've definitely got the back. I swear, the first time I saw that picture, I thought I was looking at a young Dorian!

And Oak, this is a fun topic. I'm a little torn on what my strong points are...shoulder width is definitely one. I have some of the broadest shoulders I have seen on someone my height. That is also a potential weak point, though: if you're very wide, you have to be real thick from front to back or else you're two-dimensional.

My arms are fairly impressive. When I started DC on Mar. 2nd, they were 18" even. They're close to 19" now, even though I am too fat. In single-digit bodyfatland, they would probably be about 18.4"...not bad for a 5'6", clean guy. (I know, I know...not incredible either, of course!)

My pecs can be a strong point.

My legs are big, but have always lacked separation. My back is VERY weak as well. That hurts me when I turn to the side because of the aforementioned shoulder width.

Strength-wise.
Strongest: Probably delts, chest, back
Weakest: calves

Physique-wise.
Strongest: Quads, delts
Weakest: calves

My strong points are my legs, back and triceps. My other parts are good too, but those are my best. I can do just about anything for my tri's, upper legs and back, and they will all grow. My chest used to be a real weak point, but heavy weighted dips fixed those, thank God.
