Yes - Definitely Rob Zombie to lift. It gets you pumped. The dance/techno is great for cardio. I'm new to all of this, but that's just a given. :rainbow:

I like going with Zombie (Rob or White), Pantara, Disturbed, and last but DEFINITELY not least…Bonnie Tyler's "I need a hero". That song rocks. I like working out Foot Loose style.
