im 6'1 145 pounds and growing i just turned 17. i need to gain a lot of mass obviously. I still got some baby fat and shit despite my stats i got the babyish cheeks and some fat on my gut i guess and a little on my sides. I guess i shouldnt worry to much about that though. Can someone hook me up with a good set of meals? I can eat anything but peanuts. I got a lot of free time to im home from school at nooon for rest of day get up at 7. My current diet is ABSOLUTE shit, usually no breakfast and then a half assed lunch (ham and cheese on a roll) and decent dinner ( grandma makes dinner, usually steak and rice or chicken or fish).

i have 3 boxes at home of those quaker individual oatmeal packets but their plain and taste like ass any ideas on how to make em decent and what would be a good amount of em to eat a day..

I like to do this:

for breakfast:

1/2 cup of oatmeal (from the oatmeal barrels, not the packet stuff)

5 egg whites, 1 whole egg

10 oz of OJ

2 slices of bread, cheese

Fry the eggs and put it on a sandwich, pour boiled water on the oats and stir, dont forget to add some nutrasweet or equal to the oats.

Try to buy some mrp's, chicken breasts, veggies, rice, etc. Do a search on here for more.

If you want to use the packets of oatmeal (not the best but dont waist em) but some cinnamon and some "sugar free" sugar that should make it taste better. Also learn to like tuna sandwiches - their cheap and are pretty healthy with alot of protein- what more can you ask for:)
