personally between me and you skinny pricks like tyhat should not opne their mouth, he's a hater man, i know what they're like!! fuckers! ANYHOW, HOW DID U GET YOUR ARMS THAT BIG? I'M 198LBS I BENCH OVER 335LBS.. BUT I ONLY HAVE 17 INCH BI'S, AND TIPS WHAT SI YOUR PROGRAM LIKE WITH ARMS?

u cant do it fine with calves.

I guess you don t live by the ocean my friend the more is not always the better amd If you red this years comment on the olympia shawn Ray ( one of the top BB ) had to work on making his quads smaller to match his calves . SO UNLESS YOU WANNA LOOK LIKE A SPIDER WITH SHORT the more is not always the better or MAYBE YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE SWEAT PANTS YEAR AROUND GUYS HAHAHA
