first off, 6 years of training is not shit. I have trained for over 20 years! I trained 9 years before I even touched any gear. I am 5'7" I weigh 228# at 6.8% body fat and my arms are 19" and they look big as hell and they are in proportion with my other body parts. The kid in your gym is right you are overtraining. I assure you, you could NOT do my workouts 2-3 times per week. 1 time is all I can take and I am a blitzkreig training son-of-a-bitch! My leg workouts cripple me for 4-5 days so bad my adductors spasm 3 days after! That is how you get big. 18" arms at 170#!!! You should walk on your hands instead of your legs. Team up with the kid. you may learn somthing.
neck, arms and calves all should be about the same size.
chest should be 1.5 times bigger than your waiste at least if you are lean.
Legs! Ahhh legs! my favorite! withen 4-5 inches of your waiste.
Mine are 29" long and 30" around! my waiste is 32" now.
You get here and you can tell the kid to shut up.
