Im dieting and really trying to dop a lot of weight, Ive stopped lifting and started an hr of cardio M-F instead and weights on the weekends, I also have cut out carbs after 1 PM. Thing is I have 2 breaks at work and Im looking at some things to eat, I was eating carrorts or fruits(bannanas strawberries) any suggestions? Im very fussy so its hard. Also how is Beef Jerkey for a snack? I really only eat chicken, steak, salad,broccoli, turkley burgers and salad. Eggs in the am. Also 1 other ?, how bad it it for me to eat a breakfast sandwhich for breakfast, say sausage/egg/cheese? Thnx
