Hello Fellow Fitness Fanatics and Gym Rats! 
I just wanted to share with all of you, a couple of Natural supplements I’m taking for a magnificent night Sleep! Due to the fact that most of us here ( I know I am) are steroid users, I usually try to keep other things and supplements that I use besides steroids, to Natural herbs and extracts. I’m currently taking the following Cheap, affordable and easy to get supplements.
**Melatonin 5mg: 30 minutes before going to bed. Melatonin is a hormone made by the pineal gland, a small gland in our brains. It helps control your sleep and wake cycles. Its production slows dramatically as we age. Cost around $ 10.00 for a bottle
**Valerian Extract 350mg: 30 Minutes before going to bed. Valerian Extract is a herbal medicine made from the roots of Valerian (a Herb). It is most commonly used for sleep disorders and the inability to sleep.
**HOPS 300mg 30 Minutes before bed. HOPS is a Plant, the dried flowering part of the plant is used to make medicine. HOPS is used for anxiety. Inability to sleep, restlessness, tension, excitability, nervousness and irritability.
**Ashwagandha 300mg 30 Minutes before bed: Ashwagandha is a plant, the root and berry are used to make medicine. It is used for anxiety, trouble sleeping, stress, it improves thinking ability, prevents the effects of aging, increases sexual desire.
I’m sure that there are a lot of supplements that combine this together, but I like to buy them individually so I can mix the correct doses mentioned above.
They are all really really cheap supplements and all natural. I decided to make this quick post because man! I have to say every time I take this mix I sleep like a little baby after drinking milk from my mother’s breast ! (Not that I remember this but I imagined I slept pretty good back then) LOL.
Also even when I don’t sleep 7 or 8 hours, and I only sleep like 4 or 5, I wake up extremely energetic and not tired at all!!
