If you have any experience with the following supplements: L-theanine, inositol and Gaba.
Heard for all of them that can help with reducing the anxiety, ergo keeping one calm and to just chill and enjoy life in peace.
Given i have crap genes with anxxiety and stress too since have issues in my life and anxiety and stress affect just my appetite (which is already naturally low) and not the sex drive and cucking myself just lowers my appetite and just hate it, its awful esp since i am not rly fond of eating either(ofc its not beta to eat but i just dont like eating but sadly i am tall guy).
Is there any scientific evidence that they would help me with that? Since i wasted $$ on supps who lowered libido for some males but sadly i did not had that forturne (such as, ashwagandha, magnesium, curcuma extract, 5-HTP., melatonin, saw palmetto, st john worth ...)
