My thighs and legs are the last place I lose.. but I build muscle quickly..
I have been training my as* off.. for the past two weeks it has been 6 days a week 1.5- 2.5 hrs a day- combo weights and cardio.. I have been doing cardio classes and toning classes like a madwoman.
I have more muscle on my legs and arms.. my thighs and legs are smaller.. my butt has stretch marks becuase it shrunk so much, my abs are more flat..
I plan to keep sweating my butt off and varying my workouts and will be ready for a string bikini! ;)

1st off, the feeling of losing inches are great, congrats on that.

Curious as to whatcha been eatin'?

My diet isnt perfect. However, I dont overeat or binge. In the morning, I usually have a croissant- (not the greatest) and a coffee. For lunch I have something healthy like a salad, wrap, or sub. Usually a small portion. For dinner I have a soup, salad- or both- or a small portion of what my mom cooked. a few hrs later I'll have a small salad with dressing and spices , tuna , or a yogurt. I eat often but it doesnt add up to a whole lot of calories. I gain very easily so I dont eat as much as some girls on here. but hey, I am fueling myself when I get hungry and ges I'm burning it all off too.

Since you basically aren't going to fix what's not broken, I'll just add my $.02 as to why I asked...

I never ate as often as I do now...me tweaking my diet and finally taking the plunge to 'try' this 5-6 meals a day, after putting it off for YEARS , is what finally got me to where I am I now...

IMHO, If your diet works for you, you feel satisfied, energetic, etc. then by no means change it.

Best of luck :)

Probably not enough protein if your trying to make changes and want to see results that will last not sure this eating style will do it

Just so you have an idea of where you stand as far as what you are actually eating, you might consider putting your daily food consumption into a food counts program like www.fitday.com. (Free account!) It really helps to know exactly what you are eating to assess if it is providing you what you need to achieve your goals. For ex, your current diet may be workign for you now, but if your body starts adapting to it and you hit a plateau, you will have some data to look at about how you can tweak your diet to kick it back into gear.

Exactly what Sassy said! I also use the online journal they have because you can refer back to specific dates to see what and how you were eating at a point in time, as well as what type of workout program.

I build muscle easily so I'm not sure if I even need extra protein. But I do remember a time where I ate 5 meals a day and I wasnt gaining..
To tell you the truth I dont really like to eat that much a day. I constantly have to use the bathroom and it gets really annoying to me, so I prefer to eat less. Maybe its a strange reason. but I also look leaner because I'm not eating so much. Once I lose the weight I might splurge a little more.

That will surely be your down fall eating 5-6 meals of lean protien green veggies and small amounts of clean carbs never made anyone fat. Please see pretty much any fitness, figure or body builder competator to prove my point.
