I need some good advice and help and won't sugercoat anything, i have always been very skinny(quick metabolism) and weigh around the 62-5kg mark. 5ft. 11. 23years old.

Finally started hitting the gym & after much reading/seeking advice from people in the gym loosely built what i assume is a decent diet/excercies. I have started getting onto the 6 meals a day - eating a lot of chicken, turkey, avacado, steaks, water...and still eat say a cornetto ice cream/can of soft drink once every couple of days. After a workout i immediately have an apple.

I can only bench a pathetic 30kgs on the incline.
12.5kg on each bicep curl doing 3 x 6. (i started doing 3 x 10 of everything with 30sec breaks inbetween but changed to higher weight with less reps)As I read that it was better to do your maximum weight with lower reps for more muscle gain.

So basically school me...is it just eat eat eat with me & keep at it. I definitely have the right mentality when in the gym and would love to get up to 75kg and be ripped as you would say it!

Listen man, you'll hear this from everyone but its so true. EAT. Like seriously man its that easy. Be like a Beta fish, an opportunistic eater, eat whenever you get the chance, even if your not hungy. The Beta fish, if fed too much, will overeat till the point that its stomach explodes, you want to be like that. I know it sounds radical but you sound like a hard gainer and one of the benefits is that you can probably eat all the crap you want without gaining too much weight.

So eat, and check out the 5x5 program online.

for you its not as simple as just eating. you will have to plan your diet to your needs. 6 meals is fine. in these 6 meals get your dietairy needs. complex carbs, protein, green veggies, fruit ect. make sure every meal has good protein and complex carbs. make sure at least 4 of the meals (2 am and 2 pm) have green veggies.

in addition to this trink a tall glass of milk half way between these meals so you are drinking milk after every meal. you can snack on nuts and berries. make sure you are eating nuts in the am and pm. and right before bed eat a few whole eggs with your milk.

pick a good training program and learn how to lift correctly.

are you looking to get big, strong, or both?
if you have a training program what is it?

Agreed. You have to eat but your body needs the right stuff to grow. Don't skimp on the veggies! They won't fill you up any way. Get as much whole food as you can. Shakes are fine but secondary to food. Breakfast should be eggs and oats. Eat some whole eggs. I like Joe believe that milk works wonders. Drink it. And lots of it!

So...what's the training look like? Hopefully lot's of compound movements in there? (i.e. Barbell bench, Squats and Deadlifts)
