-5 min cool down on treadmill

8:30 a.m.
-2 egg whites
-1 whole egg
-4 oz chicken

9:00 a.m.
5 min warm up JOG (that better SG :D )
Chest: Incline DB Press (12 x 25 lbs) 3 sets
Triceps: Skull Crushers (12 x 15 lbs) 3 sets

CHest: Chest dips (18 x 50 lbs) (15 x 70 lbs) (15 x 80 lbs)
Triceps: DB kickbacks (15 x 15 lbs)

Chest: Incline DB Fly's (12 x 20 lbs) 3 sets
Triceps: Close Grip Press (15 x 15 lbs) (12 x 20 lbs) 2 sets

-2 cups Spring mix
-1/3 cup broccoli
-4 oz chicken
-1 tbl almonds

11:00 p.m.
-5 egg whites
