-1/2 cup oats
-1 tbl flax seed meal

9:30 a.m.
-30 min Spin class
ABS: Roman chair leg lifts (3 x 10)
Both sides as well (3 x 10)
Oblique crunches (3 x 20)
Plank (reg, then both sides) (3 x 60 sec)

10:30 a.m.
-1 scoop protein
-2 tbl flax seed meal

1:00 p.m.
-4.5 oz chicken
-2 cups baby spinach
-4 oz sweet potato

3:30 p.m.
Pre-WO Shake
-8 oz gatorade
-1 scoop whey isolate
-1 tsp glutamine

4:00 p.m.
5 min warm up (walking laps around indoor track)
Chest: Bench press (10 x 65 lbs) x 1 (8 x 75 lbs) x 2 (6 x 75 lbs) x 2 (4 x 90 lbs) x 1 PR
Back: WIde Grip assisted pull up (10 x 70 lbs) x 1 (8 x 50 lbs) x 2 (6 x 40 lbs) x 2
Chest: Cable cross (10 x 30 lbs) x 1 (8 x 40 lbs) x 2 (6 x 50 lbs) x 2
Back: Bent over rows (10 x 55 lbs) x 1 (8 x 65 lbs) x 2 (6 x 85 lbs) x 1 PR
Back: Rear delt flies (10 x 40 lbs) x 1 (8 x 50 lbs) x 2 (6 x 60 lbs) x 2

-1 TBL PB

It depends on what kind of trail you leave! :)

If you've been overeating PB then IMO yes it would count as excess unneeded cals... but not really a treat b/c you have it often. Prezels you don't.

If you can stomach it I think you've earned it. You body will rip right thru that. Those are sooooo good fresh :D

Naaa... actually I only have a TBL or 2 a day depending on if I have almonds or not... so I've been good :verygood: I post whenever I do eat it :chomp:

Think I might have to switch gears to the Glazin Raisin one from Auntie Annes after CK's post hehe :laugh2: Open for any suggestions as well :confused:
