I 'used' to make awesome waffles... on my ex's waffle maker :lmao: Now I don't have the waffle maker.. nor can I see myself making the waffles the way I used too.... Heck it was great while I was training for marathons ;)

-1/2 banana
-1/4 cup oats
-4 egg whites
-1 tsp cinnamon

11:00 a.m.
-1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein
-6 oz coffee
-1 tsp almond extract and cinnamon :p

1:45 p.m.
-1 cup broccoli
-1/2 cup cooked brown rice
-4 oz chicken (slow cooked in "peanut" sauce- ANPB, liquid bragg aminos, dash of honey and mustard powder)

5:30 p.m.
-1/4 cottage cheese
-1 scoop vanilla protein
-couple strawberries

8:20 p.m.
-5 oz chicken
-1 1/2 cups broccoli stir fry (broc, green beans, water chestnuts, peppers)
-2 tbl homeade peanut sauce

10:45 p.m.
-4 egg whites
-1 tbl flax seed oil

Total: 1365

Whaaaaat?? Who me?? I was thinking of the bicuits I used to make - white flour, 2 sticks of REAL butter, lard.....ohhhh but they were good..... :p

Yeah it is something yummy... They were awesome... I'm sure yam or sweet potato would be great. I used to make them the Belgium ones.. fill all the gaps with peanut butter and put syrup and cinnamon on top! AHhhh the good 'ol days :chomp:
