I’m looking to put on some strength I have heard some mixed results from using sarms. I’ve come up with several good sarms for strength and I have ordered them from 1 to 5.
1. S23
2. LGD4033
3. RAD140
4: S4/andarine
5. ACP-105
do you agree with this list and if so how should I run this cycle if I want to gain strength? I’m currently benching around 150 lbs and I’m 21 years old I would like to get stronger from here
its not that the list is bad but it doesnt not mean you have any business using any of them... you are 21 years old and clearly have no clue about diet, nor training.. i would say use NONE of them and post your diet and training to get the real help you need
