Chest: Incline DB Flies (10 x 15 lbs) x 1 (8 x 20 lbs) x 2
Shoulders: DB Press (10 x 20 lbs) x 3 (on stability ball)
SHoulders: Side DB raises (10 x 12 lbs) x 3
Triceps: Skull Crushers (10 x 35 lbs) x 3
Triceps: DB Kickbacks (12 x 15 lbs) x 3
Triceps: Close Grip DB PRess (10 x 20 lbs) x 3
-15 min intervals on step mill
