I think you all motivated me to start sprinting......to the couch to watch Seinfeld.

I really admire all the dedication that you women put into these logs. Great Job Sassy.

27 April 2006 (Thurs)

Diet:
Needed some grapefruit prior to sprints....

Meal 1: 10 am
5 oz chicken
2 whole eggs + 3 egg whites
1/2 grapefruit

Meal 2: 12:00 pm --- running out the door to meet the career counselor guy
2 scoops Bev Int'l Muscle PRovider + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 3: 3:30 pm
6 oz chicken
1 c broccoli
4 oz sweet potato

Meal 4: 6 pm
2 scoops Muscle Provider + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 5: 10 pm
4 oz top round
2 c broccoli

Totals: 1897 cal (51% p / 18% c / 31% f)

Training: back & calves
(all weights are the plates added to one side of the bar or the weight of 1 DB)
AM: sprints

PM: 8 min ellitpical -- my friggen knees hurt from sprints, hamstring/psoas damn tight as well
Bent over smith rows: 20/20 x 2, 25/15 35/12 45/12->35/5->25/10->bar/20
Giant (back):
- assisted chins: 55/10 65/10 x 2 --- 2 ct hold + 6 ct negative
- 45 degree hypers: 25/15 x 3
- 1 arm DB rows: 55/10 65/10 x 2
- DB pullovers: 55/10 x 3
Hammer Strength Row: 55/10 x 3 - 2 ct hold + 6 ct negative
Giant (calves):
- seated upright calves: 130/30 x 3
- leg press calves: 45^4/50 x 3
- walking calvses: 45/40 steps x 3

Posing: 20 min - mandatories
Stretching: 20 min --- psoas destroyed me. fuggg. flexibility coming along very nicely.

:) Nothing like a self-ass kicking...

Something magical about passing that 12 week out point. No more room for fucking around....

I really wish my feet didnt' hurt so much from the cardio / sprint stuff. O well. Age sucks.

But where pain exists, motivation & drive take over!

Thx :) StimX -- ran it a few weeks ago - but it would put me past the body buzz & straight to a pissed off mood -- could've been related to my very screwed up sleeping patterns. Seemed Ok yesterday. I'm staying away from stims other than CB at nite just to make sure i dont hose up my sleeping patterns again....
