05/24/06 Wensday 125lb WHAT I DO WRONG? I don't understand on saturday in the AM I got 122 almost all week before and on SundAY 125..i WA THINK IT'S DUE TO ALcohol intake I had..but today it's Wensday..I drink more than 1Gal. I workout more than before I do cardio more than before...so what's up?? And one more think...I don't eat nay salty food, even I don't salt brown rice just littel bit chicken .
