The body takes time to let go of water weight. If you think you are bloated from alcohol, it could take up to a full week to see your scale go back to normal. I actually think the cleaner you eat, the more your body tends to hold on to water and react when you feed it substances that its not used to...at least from my personal experience. Just keep eating clean, drinking lots of water, doing your workouts and not stress over a couple of pounds.

And it may help to monitor the after-effects of your cheats so you can see if they are detering your progress over the long run. For me, a weekly cheat was too much and I was setting my progress back with that frequency.

Today I lifted heavy...I lift more weights than long time before!!! My energy is well!!! Just my weight flustruate me!! :bawling:

I drunk today more than 1Gall {usualy I drink water or crystal light, because I hate plain watter}

You need to stop hanging onto that number girl, it will drive you insane if you let it. You are doing awesome, no matter what that hunk of junk on your bathroom floor says. :rose:

Let the number go... If you stress about a number your cortisol levels will raise and next thing you know the number goes up and then you think you are turning into a moose and then you want to eat lots of stuff and next thing you know you really are a moose.... Let a number be a number and that is that...
Just place the focus on how you are feeling!

Do they do body fat measurements at your gym?
I would have that done - and for the first month or two every two weeks, then once a month.

A few things - weights/ building muscle will make the scale number go higher but muscle takes up lass space than fat so it is possible to be heavier but be smaller.

As a side note - you could be sensitive to the brown rice - some people hold some water from it. I know everyone says BROWN rice is better (fiber content mostly) but for kicks try a long grain jasmine rice for a week or two instead a note any difference. I don't stomach brown rice well myself ....
 
OK GIRLS, I'm here, now I checked my blood sugar it's 130mg/dl weird...I didn't eat any carb.

1.30 2.Meal I ate littel bit later..but I was so busy.
3oz chicken breast
lettuce
cabbage
6almonds
2oz apples

Now I'll go take coffee...decaffeine with cinammon and stevia!!! :coffee:

Interesting concerning the blood sugar.....


DO me a favor......check your sugar first thing in the am upon rising from bed



My suggeston......


Keep diet the same for tomorrow as usual - same weights/cardio etc.

On Saturday - have ONE HUGE CHEAT MEAL - anything goes...pound in carbs - simple AND complex.....be sure to take some Glucorell with the meal...


On Sunday....go back to normal eating schedule.....


On Monday moring - take your temp...weigh and measure the blood sugar again
