I think you need to be lifting HEAVIER weights. What are your macros pro/carb/fat? You need some muscle to help burn bf. :)
 
yeh, I try lift heavy..I try keep just between 8-10 rep.

My back hurt me so bad.I felt down from step auau..I couldn't workout good. :xeye:

I have to add more calories..I have count and I ate around 950 cal. :RADAR
But I don't feel hungry too much just in the morning.I add more cal in the morning!! Yep
