05/21/06 Sunday 125lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh god what's going on??? :sulk:

My ribs and back still hurt me so bad, I can't move!! :cold:

1 Meal 10.30
1/4 cup oatmeal
4 egg whies
2 mushrooms
1 oz apples
 
The increase in weight is due to yesterday's alcohol consumption - water retention. Drink more water today.

And didn't Velvett recommend you to stop with the oats also? She gave you advice on something to try - to see if that made a difference, and you said you would .... but you are still eating oats.

What weight are you lifting for each exercise? (need specifics)

As for the ribs/back - if you are in that much pain, you need to see a doctor.
 
thanks Daisy. Oats??? I have to check it, maybe I oversee it. I start write how much weight I lift tomorrow..Today is my day OFF!!!

Hey there! Just getting a chance to catch up on your log... looks to me like you could be under eating??? We have almost the same stats (well mine were the same thru the winter) but in the last couple months I have gained bout 5-10 lbs muscle. Try addin in a few more calories here or there and try to keep it atleast about 1200 :)

How much water are you drinking?
Daisy is right the weight gain is the Rum - time and a lot of water to flush your body out.

Yep, no oats.

Shoot for a min of 1200 cals no less - i know it's hard - what to eat, to prep it - but once you get a groove going with the food it will be easier.

LOT OF WATER TODAY!!!!! almost 2 gal.

Today the food was not prepare from me...I was on another party!!! I didn't have much choices!!! just grilled chicken legs not so good, but nothing else!! :drink2: :arty:

Today after busy weekend I'll go back to prepare everything food and eating on the time!!!
I got my Period today...so maybe because my weight went up.

10.00-10.30 CARDIO 30min on empty stomach
 
11.30 1.Meal
1/4 cup cooked brown rice
4 egg whites
1/2 yolk
1/2 tomatoe+onions
6bluberies + 3 strawbery
