Keep diet the same for tomorrow as usual - same weights/cardio etc.
On Saturday - have ONE HUGE CHEAT MEAL - anything goes...pound in carbs - simple AND complex.....be sure to take some Glucorell with the meal...
On Sunday....go back to normal eating schedule.....
On Monday moring - take your temp...weigh and measure the blood sugar again

Yeh, I usual check my blood sugar in the morning after wake up..always is it between 90-100mg/dl..which is good...but sometimes in the afternoon my sugar is high..now is much better..before I took synthroid+another thyroid pills together I got sometimes 90 sometimes 150 even 165 than 90..littel mess in my hormones. But now I trying drop down my thyroid medic. couple more days and I'll be without..I'll see what happend.
