I ate 2 oz and I ate tuna with NO SALT ADD. I told already I watch everything..maybe it could be due heavy leg training. I hope so. I'm really DEPRESSED about this.

I drink a lot a lot {water or I put in water crystal light..I cant drink plain water or just with lemon..I hate this}

Which thyroid med are you taking - the current dose, how long since you started and what were roughly the doses from start to now.

Tighter clothes may not be a bad thing - adding muscle to your body will make your clothes smaller until the fat loss happens with it. Some people will even notice a difference in size just because of the pump that happens from training.

thanks, I hope you right, the thyroid pills actually I don't know too much what kind of is it..is it weird, but it's pills from doctor office he told me is it combination t3/t4 but I don't know dose. Just now I'm taking 1/2 pills that's what I know..but before I was run on synthroid too I took 200mg..now I'm OFF of this s..t. I know, but for this reason I changed doctor..he put me on something, he didn't tell me dosage...he pissed me off belive me. I'm trying be fine...I know I work hard, I eat good. It's bit flustruate me, but I'm still waiting and do what I love..workout!!

I was just curious as to when you took the Lasik 20mg diuretic if you saw a drop in scale weight? If you didn't, I don't think you are fighting water weight.

I saw on the first page of this log that you are trying to eat 1200cals/daily, but are you putting your numbers through fitday daily? What kind of macro breakdown are you going for? Are you incorporating any cheats? I'm just wondering if you're not eating enough to support all your activity or if you could zig-zag your calories a little more over time?

Hi, after Lasix..any changes with weight...I writeing each day what I eating but sometimes I don't put it in FITDAY I have to do this. I have feeling maybe I don't eat enough..for ex. this weekend I skip lot of meals and I was very active. I'll go put my food in fitday.

***DOnt worry so much about weight. Its just a number on the scale. When I did a comp prep...my weight stayed around the same but my BF% went from 31 to 18 .... thats more important..LEAN body mass ....

This would be my guess too! I have held on to weight in the past and even gained some by making that mistake. Make sure you're eating enough to support your lifestyle - 5 to 6 small meals through the day and ensure that you hit your cals and macros daily. Good luck!

I really don't see anythign bad - the weight could easily be water, esp if its your period, and the weight fluctuation in general I wouldnt' worry too much about. It may seem to be taking awhile, but its more important to just stay focused and keep doing it. I mean what is the alternative - NOT do it just because you aren't seeign "results" right away? Everything is about just keep doing it. I feel like sayign you've increased your weight lifting over the last month -that may be resulting in some increase in muscle mass. Its hard if you can't get your bodyfat done. I migh almost say just stay off the scale andn just keep doign what you are doing....

Wow you think you look discusting???? I don't!!!! Actually your body shape kinda reminds me of my own... Look at my past gallery photos from early 2005. You just have to keep plugging along. Losing goes up and down... the important part is that you are doing something and you are learning about your body. I like the colors of your sports bra by the way!!!
 
Can you get your body fat measured yet?
I'm really more concerned about the pills you are taking.
Someone else already mentioned it - your food intake seems low as does your fats.

So the med I'm taking now is it really small dosage, before I took high dosage of thyroid pills...but doc never check my thyroid..On monday I have appoitment to the doc...I want to check my thyroid...because I lower my dosage a lot.
I didn't have any big cheat meal yet, becaue honestly I'm really scared see much weight. But I swear I do this tomorrow.
And my BF I still didn't measure, because in my gym they have broken machine...they don't use calipers. Today I ask again.

You can do it Sasa - it's hard and it's uncomfortable when you don't feel good about what is happening but you are making progress.
 
If it's something that bothers you then it's not a stupid concern.

But I will say this I really wish you can find a way to stop obsessing over the number on the scale, and find a way to love what you see in the mirror regardless of your weight. There are women out there that would love to look like you do.

I hope what I'm saying doesn't come across in a negative way, I mean it in the nicest way possible.

Hang in there, and let us know what the doctor says :)

Oh dear...
Please tell me they are generous heaping tb's.
4 level tablespoons is 1/4 of cup

You should at least 1/4 -1/2 a cup cooked per serving.

1/2 cup long grain white rice is roughly 100 cals
22C|2P|less than 1 G of F


If you're eating 4 meals per day an average meal for you shouldn't go below 325 cals.

I'm going to say it again...use Fitday to get your totals everyday. Otherwise you don't know how you are eating and how to tweak your diet to get the results you want. If you constantly eat on the low side of your calorie range, your body is going to get used to it. So I'm glad to hear you're going to have an all out cheat meal today! :D

The purpose of your cheat was to go over your daily calories you have been eating low calories for a long time, so the point of the cheat was to go above and hopefully kick start your metabolism.

You have more energy because you ATE SOMETHING today. If you raise your caloric intake, even just slightly, everyday - then you will have more energy and be able to have kick ass workouts everyday.

I'm back from doctor....they PISSED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!! I had appoitment because I wanted chec my thyroid...and F*****g doc didn't have there anobody who will do it!! It was long way there for nothing. Is it normal?? But anyway I told him...I went down with my dosage of thyroid pills...now I'm taking still1/2 pill {it's some combinaton T3/T4..something like Armour..it's from his office} He said it was not good idea slowed down with this..he gave me for trying MERIDIA...I have now here just 15 f****g pills..becaue it cost so much!!! :sick: :sick: :happyscra

Ok you need to have them prescribe you paper work to have your blood levels checked "Thyroid Panel". Do they do blood work in the office?

Is he selling the Amour from within his office?

How many MG/grains in the pill?
What does the pill look like?

If he is selling (GROAN) who much is he charging?

ANd, even though I think he is a quack, I DO agree that you have some type of body dysmophia (the "fat feeling". I think a lot of this is in your head. I think you have some "demons" to work out - but NOT by pumping more pills into you. Sounds like you need to "talk it out" with someone. Just my opinion.
 
He is regular physican..he tried help me, I came visit him coupel years ago because I didn't speak good english and everything was easier with him and cheaper {he is from my country}..but he is not endo..ou know..my first problem why I came there was..I didn't have period for 2 years...he tried put me on lot of different med....now my cycles is back almost 6 months. This was reason why I visited him. Today I know it was mistake do this but beofre I didn't have much opportunity as now.
I know maybe I'm crazy..I still feel like I'm fat..but before I got 110lb, then after different kind of med I start gainiing and I was so scared and mad. I'm still affraid gain fat..I work hard all the time on myself almost 5 years...and I didn't see too much result..because it make me deppressed!! But today I try keep off scale..of course I check myself...but I try..I try not worried..I know everything I gained already is not just fat, sometimes when I look on myself I'm so depressed as coupel days ago. So I'm trying be fine and it will be fine!!!

Finally today the trainer measured me today at the gym my BF..RESULT [B]19.4%BF [/B] he used electronic BF meas., yesterday my boyfriend measured me at home he used calipers the results was 19%.

This could be totally unrelated, but I was wondering how much carbs you're consuming? All I seem to see are 1/4 cup portions of rice and veggies. I read when you don't eat enough carbs over time, your skin becomes sallow and you get circles under your eyes. So I just thought I'd mention it...of course, you could just be tired or not getting enough sleep too. Hope you feel better soon!
