Didnt quite go light today like planned. LOL. Had a good solid session. Not bad considering I got about 2 hours sleep last night. Damn cpap sucks when I don't shave. Air just blows all around the seal. Will shave today so I can get good sleep. Just kept waking up and decided to have a protein shake and protein bar each time. Did this twice. BW is at a low of 252 today. Go figure? Ok everyone close out this week with some incredible gym sessions!!! Wont be hitting the weights again until Monday. Everyone have a good weekend!!!
