Currently 6'2. 185 and moving...........prob. 8-9%, but I still need about 30lbs over the next 18 months or so........gimme your thoughts....

430 - 26 MINS LIGHT CARDIO ON ELLIPTICAL
meal 1
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop whey
1/2 can tuna
green tea

meal 2
1 cup egg whites
3/4 cup steel cut oats dry
250 dry curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup of berries, apple, etc mixed in
1/2 cup skim in coffee

meal 3
7 oz land flesh
3/4 cup rice and beans
mixed veggies/large salad

meal 4
250g of dry curd
container of new protein pudding (2g fat, 20g of protein, 3 carbs)
1 cup skim in coffee

POSTWORKOUT
1 METRX MRP (3,40,25)
6 RICE CAKES

meal 6
300G OF DRY CURD
PROB. 40 PEANUTS (4-5 HANDFULLS OF SHELLED NUTS)
32 OZ CASEIN SHAKE (EGG WHITES, SKIM CASEIN POWDER)

You need more carbs in Meal 1 and also in your preworkout meal add 3/4 cup dry oats or 1 cup oats preworkout and another 1/2 serving in meal 1.
Also postworkout more carbs 6 rice cakes I don't consider enough. Opt for 1 cup dry oats or barley, yam etc, get at least 60-80gs of carbs postworkout
 
MEAL #1 i AGREE............As for PW, 6 rice cakes = 72 carbs, 4.5 g fat.......+ 25g from the MRP......too much if anything.........
