So I tore my rotator cuff in December and it gradually got worse and I couldn’t lift anything. I had a PRP shot recently and it seems to have healed. Just had my first lifting session back in the gym in five months and it felt good. My point is prior to my injury I was getting ready to do a winter cycle of test and Dbol, I still have it sitting downstairs. Having not lifted properly for five months what would be a good amount of time to wait before starting that cycle? I’m uncertain whether to jump in and start it now or whether it’s best to wait a little longer.
Yeah, the steroids can maybe mask some of the real problems and you can end up getting injured again. You should get back to the gym but NOT to juicing right away, I think. Some guys are concerned about losing a ton of size cause they are huge already so they get back too early on the sauce and pushing weight and will eventually have more serious problems later. In your case, you have to assess if the juice is worth the squeeze or not.
I personally would NOT run the juice and would instead hit some Ostarine and Peptide stack for a few months to give my body even more time to heal. The Ostarine will help with Anabolism on top of the healing and adding maybe IGF-1 and TB-500 + BPC-157 and you got a healing stack ready!
Here is some info on the drugs I mentioned above:
