RESULTS of my 30 day EXTREME Cut. Lost 17 lbs

vipergq said:
It was probably alot of water, I sodium depleted and everything to get max results. I'd say at least 5-6 lbs was water weight. My calorie deficit was really high though. My Maintainence during this cut was probably around 4000 calories and I was eating about 2000-2200 so I was at almost 2000 deficit a day. Not healthy or recomended by any means, but I did this just to see how much I could do in the 30 days.

I hear you on the caloric deficit but you retained what looks to be the vast majority of your muscle. Either you used drugs, are lying or had taken more time to get that lean in the past - had you been that lean before? It makes a big difference.

I've played around with dieting a lot of times and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that without something you aren't telling us, which is totally cool believe me. Like seriously, even if you were juicing and using DNP, you still did good work.

Are you claiming you have told us everything?

nope, no AAS what so ever. look at my posts on the 1st page for details and all the supps I used.

The only AAS I ever took in my whole life was a 4 week cycle of Anavar. this was like 2 years ago I think

Maybe....so much water in that first pic if this is true and all natural.

Again, not trying to put anything down dude - just giving you a hard time after all that hard work. :D

Hook it up. I'll have a look tomorrow.

Again, my interpretation of this is that in four weeks, no matter who you are, this is the most you could possibly hope to achieve. And so having said that, congrats dude - nice work. No denying you know your shit back and forth.

BUT as near as I can tell, just like there is muscle memory, there is FAT MEMORY - you still haven't answered that question. Your answer won't detract from what you are saying by any means, but it should be made clear to anyone just starting dieting that this won't happen to their body. This is what happens to a fit body that gets out of shape and goes back, not the other way around.

But still, fuck man. Impressive.

Yah I have...Its in my post above

"And yes, I was lean before. I got lazey and spent 6 months or so eating like crap and sitting on my ass. Decide to get back in shape."

But yes, this diet was near perfect in every way I think. There were only about 3-4 day during the whole cut that could have been improved on.

You've shut me up broseph. I apologize for being so questionable but I mean, come on - you nailed it.

I did a 3 day split for most of my workouts and would do each workout 2x a week. On Compound lifts such as Bench, Squat,Deadlift, and Military Press, I would lift Heavy, like 3RM for 2-3 sets and then burn out with 10-12 rep sets. All other exercises were 3-4 sets of High reps (10-15) with 60 second breaks. Often times supersetting or drop setting to keep the heart rate at a medium rate the whole time. I treated my workouts as a HIIT session.

Here is what I did the other day for a full body depletion workout right before a Carb up. Normal wrkouts are a little less intense

Warm up: 50 Pushups

Superset: 30-60 second breaks
6 Sets of 12 Bench Press
6 Sets of 10 Rows

Superset: 30-60 second breaks
6 sets of 10 Military Press
6 sets of 12 lat Pull Downs

Superset: 30-60 second breaks
6 sets of 10 Dumbell Curls
4 sets of 10 Butterfly Machine

Superset: 0-30 second breaks
4 sets of 12 hip Abductors machines
4 sets of 10 leg extensions
4 sets of 10 leg curls
4 sets of 15 calve raises
