6 egg whites 2 whole eggs
1 cup of rolled oats
1 glass of milk
1 tbsp of anpb

11:00am
protein shake

12:00
2 cans of tuna
1 cup of rice

3:00
lobster tail
cottage cheese

4:00
preworkout shake

6:00
chicken breast/with spinach and low fat cheese
low fat dressing

is that enough? or should i add something after 6:00pm. i am cutting also.
i am also taking flax oil,multivitamins,glutamine peptides with shakes, and soon going to start thermorexin. also takin yomiburn,
 
hey Mr.X my goals are to get a little bit leaner. im cutting for hockey. i dont want to lose any muscle though. i am heavy weight training 3 times a week and try for 2 days of cardio also.
my stats are
6 foot
212lbs
about 12% bf
 
1) drop the milk in the AM - you can replace it w/ protein

2) add some psyllium husk before bed

drop milk, add 2 whites

protein shake
add 1tbsp. UDOs choice

12:00
2 cans of tuna
1 cup of rice
drop rice, add small yam and small green salad


3:00
lobster tail
cottage cheese
drop the cheese, add large green salad with 1tbsp. olive oil

4:00
preworkout shake

6:00
chicken breast/with spinach and low fat cheese
low fat dressing
assuming post workout, drop the cheese, add more salad and a small white potatoe, add 15g psyllium husk fiber 45 min post this meal

Looks good. how ya been? I've been in South America for a few months, so i haven't lifted in along time. Hope to hit the weights again soon.
