I went to th chemist yesterday just to see what they had.
I asked for some Dextrose but didnt ahve any. They only had Glucose.

What should I having PWO? Dextrose, Glucose? Im not to good with carbs so please "help a brother out".

Hey Pace, waxy does seem good in the few days I have been using. I recall ur cutting, and waxy seems to leave u full and not at all hungry PWO, and yet, u don't look bloated but more cut than before u skull it (the only carb I'm aware that does this).

Check out www.myopure.com.au, which seemed the cheapest to me for waxy ($10 per kilo http://www.myopure.com.au/waxy-maize-starch.html). If u happen to find a cheaper source, let me know as I'll probably run out of my stash in a month.

Thanks Sim $10 is incredibly cheap for a kilo. I was expecting it to cost a bit less than most Protein Powders.

Bulknutrition is where I got my Waxy it's working grat so far PWO and Breakfest shake.

Malto or Waxy is the way to go Dext is good as well but I'd go with the Waxy.

something like 19 bucks for 7lbs, if not hit up some oat meal, Some are slower digesting and you want a quick response.
