I was wondering where everyone gets their protein intake. I make sure to get 400g of protein a day and at least 4000 calories. I take two weight gainer shakes, one in the morning and one at night... plus at least two protein drinks during the day... an XXL about mid day an hour after lunch, and a white lightning in the afternoon. Plus protein bars, and TONS of food. As far as real food goes. I eat as much tuna, steak, and chicken as possible. Are there any foods I am overlooking that have a lot of protein? I heard fish is excellent while on a cycle, but the only seafood I like is shrimp and swordfish. Well thanks!!
