Hi, Im gonna do a clean bulk soon and have recieved conflicting info..
Mr. X's bulking plan calls for 2g/lb.
The guys over at HST say that no more than 1 g/lb is necesary. The reports that they have published also say that 2g/lb would be detrimental...
who do i believe?
Also, with such low protein, where do I want to get all of the cals from? Carbs?
Also, would having 2 Lean mass matrixes a day be a bad idea? I'm thinking that shoving down liquid would be good because im a hs student and usually dont have yams and chicken on me...
