now, back to night fly... that's one strong ass gal...
i think you should really look into getting a sport-trainer and see how they can work with you... squat's almost there.... dead lift can be brought up (you only have to do one, that eliminates the grip factor a lot which is my point of failure), and they'll get you up there on bench in no time (that's been my best progress.... a few months of doing declines regularily and i was able to push up over my body weight, no problemo)
austin... i'm glad i'm not the only one who benches more than he squats!!!
I started doing overhead (snatch) squats. They are fucking AWESOME. I follow them up with some one-legged squats. I'm all about functional lifting now. I think its much healthier.
my problem is a week lower back and not so good knees, they all act up on me real fast, at least Im starting to improve and I finally have decent form. My legs don't look too underdeveloped though, just a little bit

Well, I look at it this way...when I did the 255 for dl...It was literally my third time ever doing them. So...I don't see my going up in those a problem at all...
My knees on the other hand, really suffer when I squat. I have to go up in weight slowly because of that.

I am a shitty squatter and bencher, always good at rows and deadlifts.
At my strongest I bent Bb rowed 315 for 5 reps, military pressed 275 for 3 and deadli 315 for 25.I also dumbell rowed A 200LBS dumbell for 4 reps strict(my lats hurt for a week after)
Deadlifts I topped out at 500 without a belt and can do that with 3 weeks notice anytime. Not much but cinsdering I do them every few months I thinks is ok.
Those are very impressive stats from a female, especially the deadlift. If you did 255 only youre third time doing them I bet you'll be up to 315 in no time. Just don't try to jump up too fast, I've seen a lot of guys screw up their backs for weeks trying to DL too much.
