Im goig to order DIMAXX creatine so i wont have to take it post workout.
immediatly after liffting will it be ok for me to take 2 sevings of 100% whey to get me more calories and more grams of protein??
and what is a good carb to have with that???
how long between, before or after meals do i have to wait to take xenadrine? and can i take it with breakfast?
