I don't care if you have to steal it or plagarize it off the web.

List the best tasting protein bars you can make at home with protein powder. Preferably chocolate.

my buddy made some once a long time ago that he put ANPB and Grade B maple syrup in along with whole rolled oats and protein powder...I think some milk too maybe?

Kinda reminded me of a clif bar. Tasted great though! I should see if he still has the recipe.

For Cutting:

Combine in Large Mixing Bowl

8 Scoops Whey (Vanilla is very good)
3 Cups Oats
1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding (Any flavor is good)
2 Cups Skim Milk

Mix until a sticky batter is formed (may take a few minutes)

use a large spoon to spread out the mix into the bottom of a Pam-sprayed glass or metal cooking tray (spread until even)
put in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 equal bars that yield:
3g fat
28g carbs
29g protein
257 calories
These bars taste amazing, and are perfect for: breakfast, pre OR postworkout.

I made this one last night (since I had all the items on hand and didn't have to go shop).

I used BodyTech Vanilla protein powder.
One thing I suggest is putting your oats in a plastic bag and then using a rolling pin to really grind them up into powder so you don't get lumps.
This shit is delicious. Like super sweet vanilla cake mix.

I will say however that despite the claims, it does NOT sit and harden. I put it in the refridge overnight and this morning (right now) it is still like vanilla pudding. I am eating it with a spoon.

ohhh shit, did you use this recipe JH?

8 Scoops Whey (Vanilla is very good)
3 Cups Oats
1 Package Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding (Any flavor is good)
2 Cups Skim Milk

Whadda ya say we ban this fug face?

They taste great... but the fact you have to use a spoon to eat them defeats the purpose. I could just use a plastic cup and protein powder and make a shake.

Not complaining though, it is like dessert.

These are bars but I typical cut with low carbs they are yummy little treats

Take one tablespoon of anpb divide it into 3-4 balls roll in chocolate protein powder chill in the freezer as close as I will get to a truffle well dieting.
