post up good protein powder bars/snacks recipes

for real though...

Need: ANPB, Oats, Whey, SPlenda or artificial sweetner for taste

wash hands, take ANPB and Oats and Whey and Sweetner and mix them together, with extra anpb so that its like the consistancy of clay.

form into bar shape.

put in freezer.

take out an hour later after hardened, and spread another layer of ANPB around it.

crush up the oats and put some whey and use it as a powder coat.

dip the bar into the powdery mixture so that it sticks to the ANPB.

sprinkle some water all over it (make sure its a little so it doesnt wash the powder off the ANPB)

put in microwave for 30 seconds.

enjoy!

ANPB is what now?

does it stand for All Natural Peanut Butter or something?

what kind of oats are best for this?

too much nuts and shit in there... but I am going to try the brown rice krispy one.

All these other shits are so simple and plain that you'd be sick of eating it
after 3 damn bars. Where Mine is powerful and complex, much like my sex moves.

Tell your latest cabana boy to make em if you're too lazy too.

Oh and yea, the brown rice ones are also good and make those rice crispy treats taste like Mail Boxes Etc Packing material and sugar.

I have a spin on sassys pancakes (she was nice enough to give me hers)

60g protein powder
80g oatmeal
100g eggwhites

cook up oatmeal with water, add protein powder, add eggwhites, sweeten with splenda (or stevia) and cinnmon, make pancakes.

60g protein
50g karbs
5g fat

I eat em for breakfast everyday.

I took this from another board but I am always making these and eating when I'm not able to cook something

homemade protein bar

Hey guys I found this recipe on another site and it sounded kinda good thought I would share it. I'm sure any of yall thats been around know who Bigfella is and it's his recipe. Some people wanted to know the nutrition facts on it so I sat down and figured it up with the calculator today. It was bitch and time consuming, but hey I guess we need to know what we are eating. Know I made my batch with the listed products and NO I'm not endorsing any of them by no means it's just what I had in the kitchen. The nutrtion facts are for a whole batch of this recipe and you need to consider that everything is mixed evenly. Just make your batch and divide by how many bars you cut and that should be about right on the nutrition content. REMEMBER THIS IS HOMEMADE, SO IT NOT A SCIENCE!

Here we go The Bigfella's home-made protein bars......Get on 'em every bites a winner!!!LOL.

1 cup Natural peanut butter
8 tablespoons honey
1&1/4 cups whey protein powder
1 cup of uncooked oatmeal

Mix the pb and honey in a bowl, microwave on full for 80 secs. Add the rest and mix together (get your hands in man!!) can add raisins/nuts etc to taste. Smooth into 13x9 tray and leave for 20 mins. Cut into 10 to 12 equal bars and wrap and store in fridge!!

Good luck and happy munching.......you'll be back for more!!

Bigfella.
