I don't see athletes in any other sport chugging protein powder during their games so why should you
 
I tried to take protein powder before my workout and I got so nauseous I almost threw up
tried to take it during my workout and same thing happened, just felt heavy
so I’ve been taking an after my workout but a friend of mine says that you should try and take it during or before it would have the best benefits on the muscles
