For example
My schedule looks like this:
Day 1 Chest+Shoulders
Day 2 Back
Day 3 Biceps+Triceps
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Chest+Shoulders
Day 6 Back
Day 7 Biceps+Triceps
Day 8 Legs
Day 9 Off
Day 10 Chest + Shoulders Starting over from Day 1
So I say I train each bodypart TWICE every 9 days since I count the off day in my schedule
