Please post your Current Shoulder workout.

My current shoulder routine is as follows..
3 sets seated db presses 6-8 reps
2 sets one-db side laterals 6-8 reps
1 set one-arm cable side laterals 6-8 reps

Rep range 10-8-6

3 sets behind neck or regular mil press
3 sets leaning lat raises
3 sets shrugs (+1 light warmup set)
1-2 sets 45lb plate front raises
 
i grab a plate in each hand....... i bend over and do 20 rear raises...... then i stand and do 20 side raises..... then i do 20 front raises..... i do 2 to 3 sets on max effort bench day

i started doing this after i read about a couple of guys who bench almost 700lbs in the 242lb class...... they do this with a 45lb plate in each hand
 
3 sets shoulder presses barbell 6-8 reps
3 sets DB side laterals 6-8 reps
3 sets BB shoulder shrugs 6-8 reps

Thats all thats necessary
