i am 28 6'3" 238 lbs probaly about 15% bf but its all in the torso i am wanting to start a diet for about 8 weeks before i start a test (cyph) + tren cycle. I have read alot on dieting and there are so many diffent options i don't know what would be best so i am wanting to get some advise from the PROS (you guys) please help i want to get started right away and if you could map it, because everyone tells me 6 meals is the best but don't break it down for me
