Goals: to lose some bodyfat without losing much muscle stength and mass.

Supplements: Yomhiburn DF, Multi vitamin, Biotin, creatine, NYC and Glucorell R.

My diet:
11:00 a.m morning cardio

12:00 p.m. Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal/ 1cup milk and 1 scoop isopure
30 g protein/ 60 g carbs
calories=360

1:00 p.m. lift weights

2:30 p.m. Meal 2
2 scoop isopure, 1/2 cup milk, 1/6 cup dextrose
55 g protein, 50 carb
calories=420

5:00 pm Meal 3
2 chicken breast and 1/2 cup rice
65 g protein, 33g carb
calories=392


7:30 p.m. Meal 4
5 whole eggs and 3 pieces of lean turkey bacon
36 g protein/ 30 g fat
calories=414

10:00 p.m. Meal 5
1 scoop pro complex/ 1/2 cup milk/ 2 tbsp udo choice
30 g protein/ 6 g carbs/ 30 g fat
calories=414

Total calories=2000
Total Protein=216 g (43.2%)
Total Carbs=149 g (29.8%)
Total Fat=60 (27%)

I am not trying to lose the fat rapidly otherwise I would be on the CKD diet. I am just trying to get down to around 9 % bodyfat within 8 weeks.

people always seem to forget fiber....


throw in some salads, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, etc.....


you need the fiber, and it helps make things a little more interesting.

my diet is actually similar, except generally only 80-100g carbs before 5pm only
