Also use multivut twice a day and BCAA plus gplenish glutagain.

what u guys think ??

waht are your goals (bulking, cutting, maintenance)?

you must be eating like 2 1/2 cans of tuna to get 75g of protein

Still bullkiing up, currently 228pd 5'10 bf 14% (little too high).
i have a 180gram tin of tuna (50g protein) and a 95 gram tin of tuna (25gram protein) for meal two and then repeat for meal four.

Unless your on a shitload of gear, you've got way too much protein.
Not that it's gonna hurt you but you've probably have reached a point of deminishing returns, that's all.
Meal's 2 3 and 4 I'd just cut the protein down to 40 gr. per
maybe add 1/2 cup rice to each of those as well.

Other than that it looks pretty damned good really.
Good luck.

Protein around 400 grams and carbs 600. Dont know how many cals and dont really get much fat at all in my diet, which i think is one of my faults.

400 grs Prot: 1600 cals
600 gras cho: 2400

Without adding the fat we are already at 4000 cals... which according to your weight is about right. Lucky guess or you did your homework?

I would recommend you follow a 50% carb, 30% prot, 20% fat. There is just so much protein you can absorb, the rest will go to waste.

try:

320grs Prot
534gr carbs
95gr Fat

Total. 4269 cals.

If you gain fat, cut down to 4000 and keep the ratios.
