Day 11 (12/8):
Today is a compound full-body workout. I plan on focusing on the “big” Olympic bar exercises; squats, bench, deadlift, military press, shrugs… It should be a good indicator of strength gained so far. I will post results afterwards
Day 12 (12/9):
Today was a cardio and core workout day. Everything went as expected, again I noticed an improvement in endurance especially when running fast paced miles on the treadmill. Almost 2 weeks into this log and I haven’t felt or looked this good in a while.
2 weeks is when ostarine really kicks in, by week 3 you're fully into it, as a sarms junkie myself i have to agree that this is too short, 8 weeks is what you should be running

Yeah, I've been hearing that a lot lately.. I was planning on just doing more of a trial cycle to see if it was worth going on a longer cycle based on my body's response... Who knows if all goes well I may just turn 4 weeks into 8 weeks haha
