Optimum has recently become my new protein of choice because of the cheap cost and the new flavor "Mint Chocolate" Holy shit man I have tried probably 10 different brands of protein powders and this mint chocolate flavor is spot on. Mix it with some fat free vanilla soy milk. And it is like the ultimate healthy desert.

anyone has tried the new "anywhey"??...from optimum nutrition??. It is suposed to be the same quality as regular whey, but this "any"whey is a very easy to disolve powder and without any flavor. So basically you can mix it with whatever you want...coffee, soda, water, tea, mashed potatoes, soup, whatever. They claim it will not change any natural flavor at all.
