Hey guys, After your help and advice please.
Been training for a good 3-4 years now,
Hit the gym a good 4-5 times a week.
On a good day just roughly Diet is
meal 1- Oats,egg whites protein shake
meal 2- turkey or chicken roll
meal 3- Pasta
meal 4- stirfry beef n rice
meal 5- steak n veg
meal 6- Protein shake, cottage cheese, cashew nuts.
Im 6ft1 and 90 kilo. Would love to add 5+ kilo onto that.
So guys do use think im ready to start using gear or should i keep going natural?
