Ok I started this yesterday wich was fri so thats the day I'll start off with.Now my routine will look like this.
Fri- Chest & Tri's Sat- Shoulders
Sat- Bi's & Forearms Sun- Off
Sun- Off Mon- Back
Mon- Shoulders And so on.........I think you
get the idea..
Tue- Back
I also do Cardio 5-7 Times a
Wed- Legs week 20-40 minutes a day.
Thur-Chest & Tri's And I'll be doing abs and
Calves a few times a week Fri- Bi's & Forearms following my workouts

Sat- Bi's & Forearms Sun- Off
Sun- Off Mon- Back
