I have my lifting Comp coming up this weekend. and then another one in July. I plan on doing a BB show in about a year and I'd like to get started. I will be switching from a low volume to a high volume routine starting monday. I'll still be focusing my workouts around the big 3 for meets, but I'll be doing only direct assistance for my we0akest body parts:hamstrings, forearms, calves, and long head of triceps. Everything else will be high volume moderate weight:
example Monday SQUAT(5x5 3x6 2x8 or 1x8) Goodmornings (6 sets of 6-8 reps) leg press (6 sets of 10-20 reps) walking lunges (2 sets to near failure) Leg curl+extension superset (2 sets to failure) Calves (3-4 exercises 8-30 reps til failure)
I'll be eating about 4500 calories 400-600 grams carbs 240-300 grams protein and about 100g fat everyday and running SARMS and a DBOL at 15mg ed from the second week of may until the end of june. At that point I'll run aggressive PTC and try to hold as much strength and mass until the contest. At that point I'll assess my BF and decide whether or not to keep bulking or run a LONG cut cycle with test and anavar with intese cardio and IF diet to shed fat before bulking again.
any suggestions? I know I've been changing my mind a lot, but life and plans change and so must I.
